Refund & Cancellation Policy

When payments can be cancelled or refunded.

This policy explains when payments made to Satpuda Core Private Limited can be cancelled or refunded. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

In short: once SatpudaCore software has been installed, the payment is not refundable.

1. SatpudaCore software

  • Try before you pay. SatpudaCore Medical Management comes with a 3-day free demo, so you can use it in your own store before paying anything.
  • No refunds after installation. Once you have paid and the software has been installed on your computer or devices, or your licence has been activated, the licence fee is not refundable.
  • Before installation: if you want to cancel after paying but before the software is installed, contact us as soon as possible and we will review your cancellation request.
  • We recommend that you contact us for a demonstration before you buy, so that you can check the software suits your business.

2. AMC and service charges

  • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) fees are not refundable once the AMC period has started.
  • Visit charges (for a technician visit after the first 2 years) are not refundable once the visit has been made.

3. Custom development projects

  • Payments for work that has already been completed are not refundable.
  • Cancellation terms for each project, including any advance payment, are set out in the written quote for that project.

4. Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you are charged twice, or pay an amount higher than your invoice by mistake, contact us with the payment details. After we verify it, the extra amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Delivery

SatpudaCore software is delivered digitally — by download from our Downloads page and/or installation by our team on the date agreed with you. Nothing is shipped physically. Custom projects are delivered according to the timeline in your quote.
